The Sunset Inn Breakfast Casserole

(1) 8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls

2 packs of thickly sliced Swiss cheese

(Two layers of cheese over the crust)

12 eggs (heavily beaten)

2 cups milk

2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash

Bacon slices to completely cover top

Salt and pepper

Foil

Separate and press crescent dough into a lightly greased 15x11 (large) pan. Press into bottom and 1” up each side of pan. Place cheese slices over the dough. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk salt and pepper and Mrs. Dash. Pour over cheese slices. Tear bacon in pieces and place on top. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.

For 13x9 pan use 8 eggs and 1 ¼ cup milk
