Two people per room maximum. This is strictly enforced. Rates may vary
during holiday weekends. We give a 15% mid-week discount November through February.

We take a credit card to hold the room but we do not keep a deposit. Your card will not be charge until you check-in. At that time, if you wish, you may change cards or pay with cash. Please keep in mind that we do have a seven day prior to arrival cancellation policy that you can read about below.

If you will be checking in after 5:30pm please advise us.
For after hour check-ins, there will be a note on our front lobby door giving directions to the room. The keys will be left inside the room with the door unlocked.
During our high season, reservations require a two night minimum stay for summer weekends, except Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends which require a three night minimum stay.
In the event of a cancellation no charge will be made if the cancellation is more than 7 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge if we are able to rebook the room. If we are unable to rebook the room, your credit card will be charged for one night’s rent. During the summer months and holidays, failure to cancel 7 days prior to arrival will result in a charge for the full rental amount.
TAXES, GRATUITIES & CREDIT CARDS
All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Gratuities for the housekeeping staff are left to each guest’s discretion.
Payment may be made with cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
No Smoking allowed in any rooms.
The Sunset Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
No Pets Allowed
Adults with children must have prior approval before making a reservation. Families with children are limited to our lobby level rooms only and familes with two children are limited to our two adjoining rooms only. We like for children to be twelve and older but younger well behaved children may be approved after we speak to a parent about our expectations. In order to preserve the quiet & peaceful environment for all guests at the Inn, management has the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please keep in mind, The Sunset Inn is a place for rest and relaxation.
Loud or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
